I've Applied. Now What?
1. Make Payment All applicants should assume they will be accepted to the workshop of their choice. Should enrollment in select workshops exceed desired ratios, additional labs will be added and/or instructors/students will be arranged in a comparable manner. Students paying online or via mail are subject to deposit amounts and deadlines. You may add workshops, deposits, or payments to your shopping cart through the online store. See the "Additional Fees" portion of the Dates/Deadlines/Fees page for more details. If you are mailing your payment: Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive notification that you have been accepted and that payment is due. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of mailed forms/payments. Your $800 deposit and required forms must be received before you will be considered officially enrolled in the workshop of your choice. Applicants may make payment online using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover by visiting the online store. You may also mail a check, cashier's check, or money order to:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of mailed forms/payments. Be sure to include the name of the admitted student in the memo line of your check or money order. Once received and processed, payments received through the mail will be credited to your account. Users may visit the "Register & Update" page at any time in order to make payments or edit registration forms. 2. Complete required paperwork Required forms are due to arrive at the above address by June 1! Please open and download/print the following document, which includes all of the official forms required to complete your enrollment. These forms are required by the University. Be sure to complete all necessary signatures. Incomplete forms will be discarded. 3. Notify us of your transportation arrangements. Transportation is available from all local major airports, train stations, and bus stations. Students should plan to arrive via DFW, Love Field, or Greyhound Denton for optimal convenience. Parents must complete the transportation information portion of the application and purchase the transportation fee from our online store by June 15 in order to secure transportation. Be sure to follow discussion threads on the Forums page, collect the items that apply to your workshop from the supply list in located here, and talk up the workshops with your friends!
