Students attend the MGW Individual Events Workshops in Oral Interpretation or Public Speaking.

We are proud to host the third Oral Interpretation workshops we have offered at UNT. Our program promises to provide a complete workshop experience with an opportunity to work with some of the most experienced and decorated coaches in the area. Our daily routine includes several more hours of work to help you move to the next level. The intensive one-week session will include a comprehensive approach to prepare you to compete in the fall. The advanced session provides additional one-on-one time to help you refine your championship pieces.

Guest Lectures will be a vital part of our process as we allow you to work with experts across several events that you choose. Students will leave the workshop with 3 pieces – one of which will be performance-ready.

Choose from Humorous Interp, Dramatic Interp, Prose, Poetry, Duo Interp, Duet Acting, and Original Oratory. On the final days of the workshop, participate in a showcase with professional critiques from many of the most experienced champion coaches in your event(s).
